KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

1 Successfully Prepared Single line diagram, layout & Sectional drawings & detailed engineering with bill of materials.

2 Follow up the project from design, manufacturing and erection.

3 Successfully prepared and drafted pipeline drawing for combustion equipment by using various control valve, safety relief valve, and solenoid valve with suitable supporting material.

4 Achieved in creating the furnace from concept to manufacturing the product.

5 Prepared Process Flow Diagram and P&ID for the combustion process.

6 Doing relevant design calculations.

7 Completed the design of bogie (car) for loading and unloading of job with various machined parts and castings components.

8 Designed ducting arrangement for flow of heat with necessary calculation.

9 Designed heat exchanger for the oven.

10 Performed all necessary drawing conversion by customer request such as PDF, jpeg etc.

11 Maintained ISO Record for auditing and updating the document.

12 Performed related task assigned by manager and technical director.

13 Traveled to represent and coordinate with customer and technical staff regarding the project.
