• Review all chemical lab tests and reports from outside contractors which includes water treatment and corrosion program.

• Analyze the functional aspects of maintenance systems to determine training needs. Coordinate with the deferred maintenance manager to develop equipment standards and maintenance concern in construction. Prepare Department’s annual budget and forecast long term budget.
