• OLDS Project manager for an engagement project that first upgraded the Advanced Loans System (ALS) software package, then migrated the software package to the client mainframe. This package was being maintained by Alltel in Little Rock, Arkansas, but was brought in-house, at a tremendous yearly savings to the client. Managed project and coordinated all activities using MS Project.

• OLDS Project manager in support of a client initiative to 'bulletproof' all critical online applications against regional CPU failure. Several CICS related changes affecting the OLDS application were implemented. Managed project and coordinated testing and implementation using MS Project.

• Project manager for a project that enhanced the Atchley software package by automating the capture of cash tickets from the cash vaults through CPCS. This enhancement eliminated the manual process of capturing and reporting of CTRs processed through the Great Lakes cash vaults. Managed project and coordinated all activities using MS Project. Utilized process modeling/brown paper.

• Engagement Manager for an accelerated project that allowed non-client customers to use the Discover card for in-bank cash advance transactions. Managed project and coordinated all activities using MS Project.

• Engagement Manager for a project that introduced additional payment options against installment loan accounts. The changes modified the existing OLDS/ALS interface and allowed additional payment options against installment loan accounts, allowing Loan Services to reduce back office personnel nationwide. Managed project and coordinated all activities using MS Project.

Performed business and technical analysis required to support the Finast/TOPS Corporate Consolidation. Member of Supply Chain Conversion Team. Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of business requirements. Utilized process modeling/brown paper.

• Project Leader on a team responsible for integrating Finast third party order processing into the existing TOPS order processing system. Analyzed existing processes and designed new third party order processing process.
