Danau Bubut Gas Field Development Phase1

The Danau and Bubut fields are in a water depth of around 20 m. The Danau and Bubut Gas Development Phase-1 project objective is to provide surface facilities for evacuation of the production from the Danau and Bubut gas fields.

Phase-1 at Danau project involves the construction and installation of a 4-legged wellhead jacket. Five (5) conductor slots comprising API 10 K, 5K, Splitter and dual wellhead will be provided and initially, five gas wells will be drilled in phase-1 with seven producing strings or flow lines. The production will be exported to OCP via a new 12-inch (PID 2030 DN300) x 23 km multiphase gas pipeline.

Danau Gas Production : 1.5 MMSm3/d

At Bubut, a new 4-legged wellhead jacket, BBWJ1A with four (4) conductor slots comprising API 5K Single completion wellhead will be constructed. The 12-inch (PID 2031 DN300) multiphase gas pipeline from BBWJ1A will have a sub sea tie-in to the 12-inch (PID 2030 DN300) gas pipeline.

Bubut Gas Production:1.2 MMSm3/d

The Danau and Bubut production will be exported through DN300 HP multiphase pipeline to OCP, BLNG. Located around 23km South West of Danau and Bubut, OCP is the main hub of BSP HP gas export with a landing pressure of around 11-13 bar (g). OCP is the nearest export route and allows Danau and Bubut facilities to operate at optimum production in HP regime. Internal Blowout-Well Tie in for Gas well on CPDP25 Platform

The wells are existing but flow lines and casing blow down lines are to be installed to release the pressure from the HP Gas reservoir to avoid any blowout. The work involves new well surface facilities for CPDP-25 (CP179 and CP180). The wells are existing but flow lines and blow down lines, complete with instrumentations, need to be installed as detailed out in BFD.

The wells are existing but flow lines and casing blow down lines are to be installed to release the pressure from the HP Gas reservoir to avoid any blowout.

Upgrade of CSP Born Heater F 160/F260

The Condensate Stabilization Plant (CSP) consists of two identical but independent trains that stabilize condensate received from offshore and BLNG. Each train consists of a stabilizer column (C-130/C-230) where condensate is stabilized and direct-fired natural draught heater (F-160/F-260) that provides re-boil duty to the column. A fuel gas system provides fuel gas supply to the burners of the heaters. The heater (BORN Inc. USA) inspected the existing fired heaters and provided their reports and recommendations.

As per their findings and recommendations, a new burner management system along with new burners, fuel gas conditioning skid and associated piping will be installed.

o Conceptual Design -Plot plan, Fuel Gas Skid.

Seria North Flank-Fish Hook Wells-Production and Water Injection wells

The SNF Project involves the design of a new Onshore Fish hook wells consisting of producing and water injection wells named SNF.SNF Fish hook wells are distributed in 8 clusters which are located in area E 20,E 21 and E25.There are 7 clusters in E20/E21 and 1 Cluster in E25.The Production wells on SNF fish hook is gas lifted oil wells and water injected in water injection wells. Real Time optimization-East Gas Lift Supply

Champion Platform –CPDP 01, CPDP 36 and CPDP 37.

Gas lift Optimisation skid for Existing Production platform.

Gas lift Optimisation skid for Existing Production platform. Gas lift Optimisation skid for Existing Production platform. The extensive gas lift supply network of Champion supplies lift gas to 29 drilling platforms, which collectively accounts for 254 gas lifted wells. The lift gas is supplied by 6 compressors at CPCA/CB-07 platforms. The current total lift gas supplied by the compressors is in the range of +/- 3.3 MSm3/d of gas.

Champion-07 operation is facing a compression constraint and gas export is managed by running all 6 compressors at maximum capacity. Gas flaring is increased within an allowable limit by operation whenever gas supply to CP-07 from production complexes exceeds compression capacity.

It is established that the amount of gas recycle can be minimised further to free up some of the compression capacity with gas lift injection optimisation right through the entire gas lift network. By adding some ‘smartness’ to all gas lifted wells, lots of benefit can be realized such as increase of oil production.

o Conceptual Design and Detail Engineering Activities

HHP Debottlenecking

Champion Platform – CPCA/CPCB/CPRP 07

HHP Debottlenecking Project, also known as 72 barg operations, is proposed to increase the HHP gas export capacity from Champion-07 to BLNG from current 5.3 to 7.0 MMSm3/d. With implementation of this project, there would be flexibility to operate low CO2 gas system at either 64 barg or 72 barg as required. This will be achieved by the change out of some existing control valves, piping and instrumentation modification.
