• Administered covered and original music to 7 background vocalists and 5 band members as part of organizing rehearsals, which involved detail listening and studio recording

• Taught contemporary worship songs, warm-ups, and gave spiritual guidance in every rehearsal

• Organized a choir of 20 people once a year to sing for the church’s anniversary
