It is intended to work on two cores: Linux for multimedia applications and T-Kernel for Automotive applications (Navigation)
Full Feature support including Voice Recognition, Weather information, Internet, IPOD, USB, Bluetooth, Camera, Optimal routes and advanced map features.

Role:
Was sent onsite to Hildesheim, Germany for a period of ~10 months as a technical onsite coordinator

The Ford MCA is a high end touch based navigation system which is an update to the erstwhile Ford HSRNS.
Advanced Navigation features such as optimal routes, map panning etc.
Support for better radio reception and traffic message channel (TMC) using 3 tuners.

Role:
Development of HMI and HMI system interface layers for navigation modules.
Involved in framing requirements and writing Target specification for the product.
