Project Description

An Adjustment of Terms Agreement is a mechanism that allows a customer experiencing a hardship to receive a reduced payment and reduced interest rate for a specified term (which can be a number of years) and are not re-visited, even though the customer’s circumstance may have materially improved over the length of the AOT term. An opportunity exists for CitiFinancial to boost interest income through allowing AOTs to be temporary with a fixed expiration date. To support this policy change, modifications are required to the Data mart and SAS Account Master applications.
