Plan and execute production operations that assured projects were being completed under the initial cost estimates and met /exceeded the customer’s delivery requirements. Directly responsible for recruiting, interviewing, selecting and continued training of all facility personnel, also established and maintained accurate and up to date personnel files for all employees and supervisors.

Responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive manufacturing plans and build processes, required in the assembly and production of electronics surveillance vehicles supplied to the United States Military.
Extensive use of official military documentation and “multi level” assembly blueprints, coordinate scheduling, planning and production for all assembly team members.
Initial start up of program, develop build plans, hire personnel, and implement manufacturing plans.
Engineered Fabrics, Rockmart, Georgia --- Manufacturing Engineer
Responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing plans and effective quality control processes for all employees involved in a new product launch (interior cockpit components) for Sikorsky helicopters.
Extensive use of highly technical aerospace blueprints, Identify and confirm tooling and bills of material requirements necessary for the assembly operations team. Directly responsible for the training of all employees involved in the assembly process.
Although only a “contract” manufacturing engineer, I was selected by the project manager, to lead a group of employees at a two week training course, at the Sikorsky manufacturing facility in Stratford Connecticut.
After only six months of employment (Due to my departments success), I was offered the opportunity to become a full time “permanent” manufacturing supervisor for the company.
