- Directed the installation of dual-axis Concentrated Photovoltaic solar trackers in Rajasthan, India for Reliance Industries as part of a 5 Megawatt solar field. Guided workers on site through the construction of several solar tracking systems. Personally trained the customer's engineers and electricians to use the tracking software and troubleshoot the system. Returned to India to calibrate the system, perform maintenance, and analyze data.
- Guided the installation of a 100kW CPV solar field at the Airforce Research Laboratory in Maui, Hawaii as part of the Maui Energy Improvement Initiative.
- Supervised the installation of a 50kW CPV field at the high school in Gallup, NM.
- Trained the maintenance teams for the solar fields at the Albuquerque International Airport and Gallup.
- Performed as the technical writer to create the troubleshooting guide for the solar trackers based on personal field experience.
- Responsible for updating and correcting the installation manuals as changes and advancements are made to the solar trackers.
- Troubleshoot at several close-to-home customer sites in New Mexico (Sunport, Gallup, and Playas) to further improve the performance of the system and further my expertise in its workings.
- Responsible for the organization of and the logistics related to the field installation tool kit.
- Responsible for organization and maintenance of tools, fixtures, components and solar trackers at the headquarters.
- Observe solar trackers at the headquarters to find ways of improving the current design and to test new designs.
