A SERVICE COORDINATOR in both residential and commercial construction
Providing comprehensive support to Service Manager, Service Technicians, and Sales Team by overseeing service process from call in-take and service ticket dispatch to receiving information from field and communicating too customers and bill upon completion.
SKILLS:
* Computer literacy Proficient in PC (Windows operating system).
* Experience in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Customer Relation Management Software: Oracle, Sage ACT, Salesforce, and Commit.
* Good working knowledge of the Internet for research purposes.
* Vendor Management.
* Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving and fact-based decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication.
* Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities through to completion with minimal supervision.
* Highly productive and efficient with excellent time-management.
* Quick learner and great attitude.
