Schedule all material deliveries for fabrication for all jobs, schedule crew, equipment and material deliveries to be on-site to meet job starts. Schedule all welding certification tests to make sure all welders on-site are certified for the welding required per plans. Obtain all information to call in underground locates to be completed prior to the crews arrival on-site. Speak to engineers about changes that happen on-site to get an acceptable solution. Setup equipment to record information and download equipment to make sure all requirements are met for installation of foundations. Send proper paperwork to the job site superintendent for welders, msds sheets, and safety procedures. Communicate all deliveries with job site superintendent.
