I have a total of 29 years in the construction field. 24 years as a working general contractor. Specializing in residential and commercial renovations. The following is a list of skills that I have either mastered or am a journeyman:

Forming and pouring concrete, drywall hanging and finishing. Finish carpentry, including cabinets, staircases and crown molding. Blueprint reading and drawing. Hiring and firing of employees and sub contractors. Negotiating purchase of materials and labor with vendors and contractors (even 1% is a savings). Consulting with architects, engineers and testing labs. Managing crews and subcontractors.

Continuing Education / Certificates

Storm water & erosion controll certified by Wal-Mart and recognised by the EPA.

Completed OSHA 10 hour safety course.

Master Carpenter -The Niece House 601 N 6th St, After fire, expanded from 4000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft matching and milling on-site all moldings and details. Redesigned back 1/2 of house, drew plans that were approved plans by city. Reconstructing entire roof w/dormers. Matching every original detail..
