Highland Construction Management Services, LP

Trustee, General Partner 1996 to Present

Oversee all facets of company leadership for 15 years as company grew from small subcontractor to large landowner and stakeholder. Oversee identification and creation of projects and revenue. Oversee company and family selection of the following projects and investments.

Notable Acomplishments:

- Aberdeen, LLC. Found, acquired and developed a 200 acre site to supply groundwater to Town of Purcellville (residents 5,500). Solved drinking water supply problem by locating up to 550,000 gallons of groundwater per day to augment current Town supply. Solution saved municipality over $40,000,000 and returned both cash and tax benefits to investor partnership.

- Loudoun Mitigiation Bank, LLC. Created and helped to found Loudoun County’s first stream and wetland mitigation Bank under the Corps of Army Engineers, Department of Environmental Quality and Environmental Protection Agency Guidelines (IRT). Estimated value of company over $15,000,000.

- Led partnership/ownership group of landowners in negotiating with top Department Heads of Commonwealth of Virginia on 1,600 acre Park and municipal project along Potomac River. Dealt directly with all heads of state departments on a one to one basis. Also obtained Congressional and Senate support for said project.

- Located, obtained financing, acquired and sold a 350 acre residential property known as Old Wheatland Estates near Waterford, Virginia. Obtained all entitlements and supervised all professional work during processes. Sold approved land to a builder for a $13,000,000 profit.

- Supervised company identification and entrance into 17 other real estate and commercial ventures.
