One of significant project during the first quarter of the 2010–11 fiscal year was providing application development, maintenance, and support services for the Government of India's nation-wide Unique Identification (UID) project, called Aadhar.
MIRS project contains 11 major applications which were used internally by the Time Inc - business users. All the application are windows based, where client setup is installed in user machine and the server components are installed in the server, the communication between the client and server were happened by remote. The Major applications in MIRS are Campaign Setup and CircManager. The Campaign setup consists of set of modules that automate and standardize the process of creating and distributing marketing specifications for setting up campaigns. The Application consists of nine different Modules for setting up of different type’s campaigns called Direct Mail, Insert Card, Online, Television, Renewal, Billing, Multi-Title, Maghound. Each campaigns have its own behavioral which used across the departments for various business. The CircManager is an application which used to generate reports across all the Campaigns.

STEP is an acronym for Systems Transformation Enabling People and the aims of the STEP project are to integrate the general insurance systems and improve the processes around these systems. At the Centre of the STEP project is the new IFaces computer system, which is being rolled out countrywide and will enable access to all of the general business via a single front-end. The Motor products and the Personal Lines products are now live in IFaces, and work is well underway in developing both Commercial Insurances and Motor Fleet products, which are due to go live in 2009. New phases include accounting functionality requirements and claims handling. Most of the customer documentation associated to each of the products is printed via Document Science’s xPression printing package. Once printed, PDF images of the documents are stored within the IFaces system, thus providing a history of printed information sent to our customers.

Investor registration is the first process in licensing. Investor Details are maintained for Individual Investors as well as Companies. The Investor should get a license from Sharjah Government for starting his business and other activities. All the activities are verified by the Inspector in SEDD. Every activity should get permission from SEDD like new registration, Renewal, Amendment and Sales & Promotions. It has 8 modules like Investor Registration, Trade Name Issuance, Trade Name Reservation, Licensing Requirements, Inspection, Sales and Promotions, Complaints and Fraud Management, Billing and Collections. For every activities, permissions, renewal Fees should be calculated based on the appropriate Transaction.

Scope: Balaji Shipping is a non-vessel and container based shipping company which involves in shipping goods, stuffing, De-Stuffing, etc. BSL Shipping is a windows based application which can provide a complete solution for the Shipping domain. It is a full-fledged application which eases the complex tracking of containers and provides the best optimum solution for the business. The application encapsulates all the abstract details from the user and it automatically manages the data in a consistent manner. The company deals with shipping goods from a shipper to a consignee. The shipper books for a quoted goods list, for which a bill of lading is prepared. For the specified list, the company checks for the availability of the containers and performs a load list that is to be shipped into the vessel. When the goods have arrived to the specified destination, a discharge list is prepared for discharging the goods to the destination. Then a delivery order is prepared and the consignee discharges his/her goods from the containers. The staffs in return can attach reports about their activities stating the percentage of work completed. With Risk cube, one can post queries related to the task that would help the in-charge to know more about the work which can be in progress or completed.
