Management Philosophy
In the ever changing economic climate of today, the need has never been
greater to service and delight every customer, both internally and
externally. In the Food and Beverage industry, it is imperative that an

. Rose to rank of 1st Lieutenant in the Military
. Was a part of the Management team that undertook the largest ever
single unit opening for Sun International with over 3500 employees.
. Collaborated with and assisted members of the USAF in Sacramento, to
successfully close McClellan Air Force base, and remodel it into a
world class hospitality facility. Recognized for outstanding
achievement for this project.
. Was an instrumental part of the leadership team that opened five
unique Fast Casual restaurant brands as the initial part of a multi
unit expansion of over 150 locations in the Middle East.
. Founding member of the fast casual Boneheads concept specializing in
grilled fish and piri piri chicken
. Led the Boneheads concept in the research of and eventual
implementation of new software and Point of Sale systems to greatly
enhance operational profitability.
Operations and Finance Management
. Recognized as General Manager of the year by Atlanta Bread Corporate
for 2002 and 2003.
. Successfully led initial opening teams of 11 restaurants across five
different fast Casual brands between 2001 and 2008.
. Implemented a standard chart of accounts with emphasis on the Profit
