I have managed monumental projects from start to finish. I am currently O.M. for Cimarron Consulting (Cim-Con). Cim-Con is a contract glazing and curtainwall consulting company that provides technical support in the Design, Testing, and Evaluation of Exterior Wall Systems. totaling over 10million. Some of my responsibilities include project management

from design to testing to installation and inspection, responsible for running all

aspects of various types of projects from award to final handover to client. This

includes the design, procurement, production and installation phase. Leading and

directing the entire project team. Monitoring progress against programmed

specification and budget, and taking corrective measures as necessary.
