SUMMARY

Seasoned IT/business advisor with over ** years overall experience (including over 10 years in IT). Worked closely with client teams (senior and middle management) to develop business cases, program planning and implementing on premise & web based programs. I have lead teams to implement end to end programs in Finance, Hi Tech & Telecom vertical. I have managed multi million dollar COTS (commercial off the shelf) programs like Oracle Applications, Siebel CRM, Java Mainframes. • Multi million dollar enterprise projects Project and program Management experience (average USD 5 million, team size 45-50)

• Implemented Sales Force Automation, Opportunity to Order Management, Service Requests, Campaigns & Marketing. Project involved multiple tracks including data migration, enterprise application architecture, real time and batch integration using TIBCO, MQ Series middleware, reporting using Brio, Actuate and data warehouse, mining.

• Led a team for developing CRM roadmap for computer manufacturing global leader:

o Conducted workshops involving Directors from different functional groups, Application Managers to understand CRM vision, objectives and key success factors.

o Collected business pain points, IT pain points, statistics and interviews to collect information on key CRM issues faced by the client.

o Provided ideas on Sales, Service CRM improvement to the group to understand their ideas better.

o Collected capabilities, drilled into high level functionality, IT & Business strategies, IT operations and planned initiatives and readiness of various groups to adapt new technology and change in business processes.

o Developed CRM roadmap deliverable consisting of: prioritized capabilities, application consolidation, sequence of capabilities to be rolled out, package evaluation based on prioritized capabilities, high level CAPEX, OPEX, implementation cost and timelines.

• Business Analyst role in Sales Force Automation for a medium sized telecom company in USA

o This project was 8 week business requirements gathering, prioritization & harmonization project. I played the role of a Business Analyst. Level of complexity was high since it involved multiple teams across 3 lines of businesses and multiple teams across 16 countries

o Worked with client leadership to finalize the key SMEs, business process owners, conducted JAD sessions, conference calls for various countries to collect requirements.

o Worked with client leadership to develop sales organization hierarchy, roles & responsibilities, ability to view accounts, security requirements.

o Published As Is processes, conducted gap analysis, designed To Be processes and obtained a sign off from the key user/SME community.

o Conducted application walk-through for key requirements to ensure SME provides a sign off from SMEs.

o Developed Business Requirements Document and functional specification.

o Led a team for developing CRM roadmap for one of the largest brokerage house in USA

o Part of team for developing Master Data Management roadmap for one of the credit rating agencies in USA. Deliverables included Data Architecture, high level Data Model design, Data cleansing, Data Governance & stewardship processes.

COST SAVINGS

• Testing CoE savings of over USD 1 million per year for my client because of:

• Streamlined processes

• Automated test scripts

• Higher resource utilization

• Better knowledge management (savings on ramp up time of new resources)

• Streamlined Production Support processes, set up ticket routing process & mechanism, devised SLA, escalation processes. Saved over USD 1 million per year for the client.

• Implementation Savings: Client website with a Siebel backend helped them utilize existing infrastructure thus saving them additional USD 3 million additional budget.
