• Walter Reed Hospital Quality Project (Jan 2011 – April 2011) – Used different quality tools like Cost of Poor Quality, Value Stream Mapping, QFD (quality function deployment) and Root Cause Analysis to find the causes of quality problems in the hospital. Conducted Quality Assessment and Quality Audits on the quality issues found and also done DMAIC (Six Sigma) analysis for different factors those caused quality problems.

• Value Stream Mapping (March 2010) – Made a VSM report on Olsten Cafe at Syracuse University. Found the bottlenecks in the flow paths and proposed strategies to reduce time and improve productivity. Reduced process time at two food stations by 30% and made the process lean which resulted in 13% increase in sales.

• Trans-Alaska Pipeline Strategic Reconfiguration Project (Sep 2010 – Dec 2010) – Generated WBS (work breakdown structure) for the pipeline project. Estimated cost and schedule using COCOMO II estimation software. Prepared network diagram by entering different tasks and assigning them resources. Tracked allocated resources and budgeting.
