Report to CTO, was recruited to manage IT department’s standards for software development and hardware acquisition and implementation. Challenged to improve productivity and reduce corporate cost through use of software technology with the use of standard SDLC methodologies and UML modeling methods.

Provide hands-on software/hardware project management. Design and implement N- tier software utilizing Visual Basic.NET, ASP.NET, Java, and HTML in a Unix/Unidata DBMS and Microsoft SQL environment. Senior IT Manager / Project Manager 2002 – Present

• Develop stored procedures for applications development in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express 9.0/Unidata databases.

• MRP Project- Originator of project. One of the core members of feasibility study. Responsible for implementation planning and execution. Project budget of 1 million dollars and 1 year implementation.

• SAN Project. - Responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of this project. This was a two phase project with a budget of $150,000. Phase one, Integration of existing gigabit network system with the SAN's Fiber mesh including all switches and server HBA's. Phase two, data migration of HP-UX (Unidata database, ERP/MRP), Novell GroupWise database, Novell volumes that contain 300,000 mission critical CAD Drawings. This project completed on time and on budget.
