SIGNIFICANT PROFESSIONAL SUCCESSES Business Process Improvement: Client was utilizing a customized process to apply cash application which was costing them excessive time and expense. Created process where the client had authorization to withdraw funds automatically from the customer’s bank account to apply to open AR invoices by using standard SAP functionality. RESULT: Time to process open invoices was shorten by 10 hours each week and the client was able to utilize standardized processes saving time and costs.
Streamlined Operations: Created a central online SAP document retention board which could be used by all consultants on any project. This portal was created for all FICO BPP's which included all business process procedures for all modules of finance and controlling. RESULT: Streamlined process improved productivity and eliminated hours previously required for documenting.
System Upgrade: Implemented ECC 6.0 upgrade for FICO from 4.6c legacy systems. Resolved FICO issues that occurred during the technical upgrade. Wrote business procedures to train new processes to the end users. Collaborated with technical team to apply OSS patches where required. RESULT: Clients experienced new functionality and reduced month-end closing time. Procedural outline documented with new transaction codes and changes in functionality for trained team members.
SAP Conversion: Global client maintained hundreds of legacy systems for their operations throughout the world. Charged with converting all of theses systems to SAP taking into account the many country regulations involved in the transition. Created a global fixed asset template utilized by the client. RESULT: Converting the fixed data into SAP eliminated the use of hundreds of legacy system which significantly cut cost for the client. This conversion made the complete fixed asset process run more cohesively utilizing the same requirements throughout the company.
