Manage and oversee the institutional execution business, both equities and fixed income. Registered Principal licenses, 9, 10, 24, and 53 (in addition to 7, 55, 63, and 79). Execute order flow utilizing electronic trading strategies, i.e. algorithms. Direct P&L responsibility. Interact with, and cover buy side and corporate clients as salesperson. Oversee operations and manage vendor relationships. Initiate client meetings to relay our value-added execution services. Strong understanding of the capital markets business, both equity and debt, including the underwriting and distribution process.
