As an Installation / Pbx Technician I performed Installs, Troubleshooting, Training, Managed Jobs, Crews, and Interacted with Customers on a Daily basis.

My Job duties have consisted of:

● Installing and Performing Basic Configuration on Cisco Routers and Switches Installing VOIP Equipment and Phones Installing, Programming, Troubleshooting and Maintaining State of the Art Telecommunications systems. Installing Ladder Rack Systems and Cabinets Installing, and Troubleshooting all types of Internal and External wiring (Including fiber) Installing, and Testing T-1, POTS, HDSL, Opt-E-Man and Point to Point Circuits Installing and Troubleshooting Paging Systems, Speakers, and Horns

I also provided remote programming and phone support to customers on a daily basis. I have experience installing and administering ACD, CCR, IVR, and Cynphony Software. I’m AVT Voice Mail (Certified), Intertel (Silver certified), Nortel Meridian Savvy Technician, and have worked on numerous other Manufactures Pbx systems. I’ve worked in all types of environments from clean rooms, installing anti-tap devices at Moffett Field, and networking an Apple Farm. I oversaw and coordinated large-scale moves and changes.
