Direct the day-to-day activities to meet the ever-changing needs of an affluent Colorado family.

My position encompasses multiple residences ranging from a 3,000 sq ft condo to a 26,000 sq ft executive home, with multiple occupants including the owners, adult children and family.

Personally assist retired CEO of Fortune 500 Company, and family members with meetings and various functions. The scope of management and driving includes traveling between several homes in the state of Colorado, as well

as California, Nevada, and New York.

Responsible for household expense account to include multiple accounts payable, household employee payroll and personal banking for the family members.

Manage home / office activities; answering telephones, fax filing, and mail distribution.

Maintain phone and cellular systems. Schedule home maintenance in multiple homes.

Oversee estate activities to include a variety of entertaining,fundraisers, events, dinners, holiday parties and afternoon teas.

Manage and maintain fleet of automobiles, including Rolls and limousines in

multiple cities and states. Custom designed 2 most recent limousines. Schedule routine maintenance repairs to all automobiles.

Manage Travel reservations; booking flights, transportation, and hotel accommodations

and sightseeing tours, both nationally and internationally for all family members. Assisting with packing, and traveling with family, preparing their rooms for their overnight stay, as well as organizing travel schedules.

Manage Wine Cellars; Responsible for the purchasing, receiving, and electronic inventory, of an extensive, multi-million dollar wine collection.

HOUSEHOLD MANAGER/PERSONAL ASSISTANT/CHAUFFEUR

Denver, CO Sept. - Dec. 1993

Managed home office activities; answering telephones, filing and mail distribution.

Confirm and direct food and beverage caterers.

Responsibilities included light cleaning and housekeeping of 12,000 sq. ft. home.

Care for indoor foliage and outdoor pool area, two dogs.

Responsible for daily cooking of lunch menu included vegetarian, and low fat recipes.

Maintained limousine and 4 automobiles; chauffeured couple to meetings and

various functions. Scheduled routine maintenance & repairs.

HOUSEHOLD MANAGER/PERSONAL ASSISTANT/CHAUFFEUR

Laguna Hills, CA 1989-1993

Administrative duties: Accounting, office assistance and building maintenance.

Oversaw estate gardens, indoor foliage and pool maintenance.

General housekeeping: shopping and errands, as needed.

Cared for 3 teenagers; drove to and from school as well as various school activities.
