Senior Instructional Designer in the development of a company wide CBT certification for one of the service division’s of the company. Lead ID in the development of various CBT sales training initiatives. Key contributions include:

Utilizing the ADDIE (Analysis / Design/ Development / Implement / Evaluate) Design Model; successfully led the development of a CBT certification for the companies Quality Control Division. Project included:

• Determining the divisions business goals for the project, and incorporating them into the development stage of the initiative

• Completing a needs assessment that identified training gaps within the division

• The identified gaps where then included as part of the CBT development

• Developing the storyboards for the CBTs, and working with the FLASH developers in creating the CBTs

• Implementation of the CBT tools, which was then followed by an analysis of the CBTs effectiveness

• CBTs were managed through SharePoint software

• Post-Launch discussions centered on ways to improve the CBT moving forward, as part of continuous improvement efforts

Lead ID in the development of Instruction Led Training (ILT’s) that were created for outside contractors and vendors to complete training required for certification purposes

Lead ID in the development of written training manuals and facilitation of class room training sessions for partners focusing on the energy supply market within the State of Texas, Ohio, Maryland, and California
