Spearheaded, researched, performed due diligence, discovery, and audit, and drafted a major $315,000 claim for default against a major U.S. valves qualification vendor. Reviewed all valve vendor insurance certificates for compliance with Westinghouse’s and the client’s insurance requirements. I have substantial knowledge of government procurement regulations and commercial terms and conditions.
