Specific duties included: Assist in the training on the complexity of machine operation and setup; Work with outside representatives in evaluating machine problems and the introduction of new machinery; Instruct company repair maintenance personnel on the repair of new equipment and support systems; Support manufacturing engineering personal on the introduction of new processes, procedures, and tooling improvements. Make recommendations on tooling and equipment to improve the manufacturing process. Lead the Fast Response Team for intermediate or short-term fixes of any customer concerns related to products from the manufacturing division. Determine the applicability of processes that must changed to meet the customer concern; if there are long term processes that must be changed.
