Human Resources Manager

I have been involved in farming my entire life. I am 48 years old and ran our 1200 acre family farm for over 20 years. At the same time I farmed however I was a National Sales Rep. for a leasing company. I then accepted a position as the Human Resources Director for a 200 employee manufacturing company in SW Minnesota. I made a decision in 2005 to retire from farming due to family reasons (I had triplets to go with 5 other children) as with my other professional career time with family was important. This was prior to the economic turn in farming. I since still help my family on the farm (two brother in - laws have taken it over) but really miss the day to day operations. I managed the 600 acre corn and 600 acre soybean farm since I was 22 when I returned home from college. I did everything from planting, to harvesting to row crop spraying and tillage. I have tremendous knowledge of farm management and am really looking for a farm foreman/assistant manager position on a family farm.
