Familiar to start up/down Gas Plant and operate to reduce CO2. Operate Amine treating to remove 22% CO2 below 2% as buyer specification .

In 1998 Succeeded in Commissioning and Start Up Of Grissik Gas Plant in Palembang and Certificates.

In 2008 Succeed in Commissioning and Start Up Of Suban Phase 2 Gas Plant in Palembang and Certificate.

Operate and start up glycol dehydration system and minimize water Content until 5.3 lbs/MMSCFD

Start up Gas Turbine compressor system ( GTC )

Operate and trouble shoot steam boiler for amine regeneration system, GTC also GTG ( Gas Turbine Generator ) Solar Turbine TAURUS 80.

Handling chemical usage & equipment on water treatment to produce Potable and soft water.

Start up, Shut down and put on power sharing 3 unit GTG (Gas Turbine Power generator) @ 4.7 MW.

Solution Of Problem On Gas Plant ( Troubleshoot )

Conduct daily , weekly safety meeting to discuss and sharing knowledge of safety issue in plant .

Must be ware PPE , and make sure PPE condition is good.

Lecture learn from an accident, incident, and near miss report.

Environment zero liquid discharge to environment ( get low emission ).

Maintain good hose keeping of the plant , ensure zero liquid discharge to the environment , perform regular house keeping inspection in all area and participate in HSE inspection with other group.

Monitor gas injection and gas lift well.

Involved in start up Bentayan, Puyuh and Supat heavy Crude oil gathering station.

Carried out day-to-day process operational, ensure that blending Oil within pour point range allowable.

Checked out well check data, well test data and production / shipments Report taken by operators were corrected.

Involved in start up Rawa Oil gathering station, Rawa gas Turbine and low gas compressor.

Performed and responsible to carry out daily operation and co – ordinates with production.

Duties and Responsibilities Covered

Basic function

Responsible for the gas processing operation activities to ensure safety.

And environmentally manner and meet company core value and also Optimize gas plant availability at all times.

Responsible for maintaining the production facilities operation under Normal and upset condition.

Work Duties

Coordinate Permit to work ( PTW ) in gas plant every day for project and PJSM ( Pre job safety meeting ),Coordinate daily gas plant activities and ensure that all activities are Carried out in a safe manner complies with all aspects of the company Core value, safety and environment policy, HSEMS and Also preparing permit and perform control on the job site properly.

Monitor process parameters and make an appropriate adjustment when a deviation detected and or an upset condition occurred.

Ensure all process plant equipment and utilities equipment are in A good condition and in operable condition to maintain high reliability Of the plant such as by updating equipment unavailability sheet and Prepare work request to fix it.

Prepare and accurate data for inputting into computer or other report Make daily production reading and check the accuracy of the daily Readings. Implement monthly calendar for day-to-day operation Activities and job assignment.

Create task analysis and update safe work procedure the new Equipment, and ensure all procedures are socialized to others group and copy to ops mentor for review.

Participate in creating incident reports; take appropriate action to Response incident investigation team recommendation to eliminate the same occurrence and to improve work safely.

Conduct monthly safety meeting within operation organization Shares HSE information issue with the group members, submit Group meeting recommendation to the management / HSE supervisor As the input and suggestion for improvement and also conduct safety Talks as well as pre job safety meeting in all area.

Perform regular inspection of the fire and safety equipment at least once week to ensure plant operating safety and plant emergency Preparedness.

Act as a member of emergency team when an emergency occurred in the plant area and also prepare scenario and conduct regular Emergency exercise.

Maintain good housekeeping of the plant, Ensure 0 liquid discharge to the environment, perform regular housekeeping inspection in all area and participate in HSE inspection with other groups.

Monitor chemical and consumable s material usage that all chemicals are handled properly and following MSDS instructions.

Work as team and maintain good communication within internal Organization to maximize.

Develop individual action plant and update the status weekly to achieve the objectives.

Completed mandatory HSE training and operation training to improve the competency.

Act as lab technician to taken and analyze sample in the lab as well as coordinating with external to send a sample and documented and Ensure accuracy data.
