OBJECTIVE Seeking a management level position in the demolition / environmental construction industry where I can utilize my management skills, and put to work my high degree of skill, experience, initiative, enthusiasm, and apply my full range of talents and knowledge with an opportunity for advancement.

QUALIFICATIONS

Twenty years experience working in the environmental construction remediation and demolition field performing various types of job related tasks, most recently as the Florida General Manager of a branch office. I have worked in all aspects of the business beginning with sales and marketing, surveying, calculating and submitting job proposals and complete division and project management. I also have hands on experience as a heavy Equipment operator, Project Supervisor, and North Carolina Regional Manager. I am certified in Asbestos, Lead, and Mold Abatement including demolition for both residential and commercial customers. I've conducted and managed projects at federal, state and local levels including public/private schools, hospitals, manufacturing plants, airports, US Naval bases and DOT. I am trained to wear all types of PPE and all types of respirators from supplied air pressure demand to power purified respirators. Emergency Hazmat response team trained.

In this newly created position, I was responsible for the entire set up of the Florida division office for DARI.

This included all aspects of building a new market and client base for asbestos, mold and lead abatement and all aspects of demolition.

I acquired all state, federal and local licensing for this new division of DHG Companies.

I was responsible for the hiring and managing of all employees, including project managers and estimators, who worked in the Florida division.

My daily duties consisted of running operations and management for, the office and project sites, employee management, and budgeting and finance matters.

I found the work, surveyed the projects and completed the bids to win projects as well as overseeing the bids being proposed by my team of estimators.

I was successful in the marketing of DARI to the Florida market and clientele.

I built up a successful client base of well over 200 clients with many of them being repeat customers.
