The company has a massive distribution network of warehouses, distributors and retail stockiest The main aim of this data warehouse is for forecasting, designing business model, cost and expenses analysis for better utilization of resource distribution of historical sales, financial and Sales information data to brokers, Dealers and financial centers.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:
1. Analyze the Business Requirements.Coding & Unit test applications.
2. Preparation of Code Migration Documents.Preparation of Implementation Documents.

UBOC is one of the largest commercial banks in United States, which offers Investment and financial management, Pvt Banking, insurance services and custody services. This project is to develop Data Warehouse environment for UBOC. The data warehouse consists of the systems and processes that collect data from UBOC.
Operational systems, integrates and transforms the data into useful business information, and makes the information available to a broad audience within UBOC and its commercial clients. This Data warehouse, which facilitates UBOC to have an integrated view of the amount and the type of business with its trade customers worldwide identifying its partners that do significant business and analyzing the profitability on the basis of customer, region, etc.

The Enterprise Data Warehouse – High Performance Team (EDW-HPT) is a part of BellSouth Internet Group.EDW consists of the systems and processes that collect data from the BellSouth Internet Services operational systems, integrates and transforms the data into useful business information, and makes the information available to a broad audience within BIS and affiliate companies. The data warehouse environment includes data sources, Enterprise Data Warehouse, data marts, and data access front-end architecture.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:
1 Understanding existing business model and customer requirements.
2 Used Informatica as an ETL tool to extract data from source systems to Target system. Source Systems are mainly Flat files and relational tables.
3 Mappings created to validate the staging data and loaded to DW.
4 Developed Mappings using various transformations like connected/unconnected Lookups, Filter, Router, Aggregator, and Expression, Sequence Generator, Update strategy and Joiners etc. depending upon requirement..
