Project Management: As a Project Manager or as Assistant Project Manager with different companies I had responsibilities of pre job walks, blue print reviews, estimating, preparations of documents such as RFP’s RFI’s, contracts for both clients and subs, P.O’s, C.O’s. I was also in charge of customer billings, cost control, site safety, site supervision and client meetings, sub selections and material purchasing.

Construction Superintendent: As a superintendent my responsibilities where plan reviews, scheduling front or back end production, site inspections from foundations, framing and to final. Supervised sub-contractors and the construction of multiple homes. I also handled client meeting and client home inspection walks. I was also given challenges of homes behind schedule and to bring them up date and even had some finished up a week ahead of schedule.

Store Manager: I was in charge of A/R and A/P, monthly auditing of the store, sales costumers service, payroll, staffing and termination of employment. At one point was in charge of two stores. Achieved highest sales in the 4th Quarter of the year.
