Managed the entire aerosol, manufacturing process on 2nd shift. These processes include the filling, gassing, labeling, and packaging of all manufactured products, while adhering to all safety, GMP guidelines, and Quality Assurance specifications. Managed the pharmaceutical manufacturing processes of washing, siliconing, and the sterilization (Steam, dry heat, and Vapor Hydrogen Peroxide) of all plastic and glass ampules/vials to be Aseptically filled, as well as the Aseptic filling process itself. Also, supervised the sanitization of the Aseptic Core (sterile clean room) and it’s related surface areas. Supervised four Production Supervisors and their respective manufacturing personnel.
