Obtained P&C License. Represent a number of companies for Auto and Homeowners Insurance including but not limited to Safeco, Progressive, AIG, GMAC, ASI and Foremost. Provide customer service that includes taking payments and Endorsements to policies. Utilization of ITC Rater for processing quote requests for auto Insurance so that the best rate will be to provided for each customer.

2007 Obtained Health/Life License. Contracted with United Healthcare. Offered position with VanZandt County Insurance in May where I obtained my P&C License.

2001-2007 Independent Contractor – Contracted for Human Resources in which I performed a variety of assignments for various companies regarding coaching, training and structure. These assignments included but are not limited to, development of job descriptions; training in different areas, including telephone etiquette; problem solving within each department regarding employee relations. Implemented a marketing program and strategies. Each area required strict confidential procedures regarding employee dismissal and/or employee performance, where detailed notes are required to set-forth warnings if needed for employee dysfunction.

Provide services to three different companies, one of which is for verification of telephone and related services. The other two is for completing the sales process for television advertisements and infomercials.

Worked for Edgewood ISD from October – December of 2006.

Assisted husband with the start-up of a commercial janitorial franchise. Obtained commercial janitorial accounts. Within the first month, I contracted eight accounts, one of which was a six-story office building.

Maintained “Safe Count,” which required continuous counting and balancing of all monies within the store, including but not limited to, dispersal of cashiers tills, daily deposits and purchasing of change.
