Private Customer Web Site Development 2008 – 2010

In order to assist our more dedicated customers I was responsible for creating private web portals that allowed the customer to place orders any time via the web.

Each web portal was set up with only the items that the specific customer had authorized. We were able to add Department patches, tabs and logos so hats, shirts and jackets could be ordered with full customization.

National Sales Account Manager 2006 - 2008

Responsible for managing customer relations and processing complete uniform, outerwear and safety equipment orders for assigned Police Departments and Nuclear Power Plants throughout the U.S. Roll required tracking availability of supplies, and in many instances sourcing requested materials, or replacement on those that were no longer available.

Senior Field Engineer Consultant – Color Printing Systems

Support Agent responsible for phone support of customers (internal Technicians, and end user customers) who needed assistance with printing to Xerox printers using one of the hardware or software interfaces provided by Xerox.
