I am intrested in this position, I have years of experience in community nursing in pediactic and within nursing facalitites, which included some mental health challenges. My qualifications are as follows, medication admin., med-surg.,IV certification, wound management, pediatrics. Experience with vents and trachs, sx and trach changes, G-tubes, mickey button, J/G tube. Feeding , maintance and replacements.
Patient relation skills is a high priority to me. I arise to meet the demands of the changing work environment, to assure the safety and the care to all residents and staff. Communication between Patient, staff and family is one of the most important key elements for an effective outcome.
To enhance my skills by furthering my education for the growing needs of my patients, would enrich my life as a nurse. Becoming an RN, is my next goal to achieve within the next two years.
