QMS Manager, Quality and Process Engineering September 1997 to Present

Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President and work with executives (CEO/Chairman of the Board, President, CFO, etc.) of all functionalities with regularity. Ensure the integrity of quality management systems and processes by leveraging business process improvement methodologies; verify and validate all processes, including design control, risk management, customer service, shipping and receiving. Engaged in supply chain initiatives including supplier sourcing, qualifications, monitoring, corrective actions, and audits.
