QMS Manager, Quality and Process Engineering September 1997 to Present

Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President and work with executives (CEO/Chairman of the Board, President, CFO, etc.) of all functionalities with regularity. Ensure the integrity of quality management systems and processes by leveraging business process improvement methodologies; verify and validate all processes, including design control, risk management, customer service, shipping and receiving. Engaged in supply chain initiatives including supplier sourcing, qualifications, monitoring, corrective actions, and audits. QMS consultant with oversight of customer and internal communications and director of corrective and preventative actions (CAPA), reducing overall customer complaints by over 350% with major complaints by over 100% .
