I HAVE AN EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND IN HEAVY EARTH MOVING OPERATIONS. INCLUDING FDOT, PRIVATE, AND MUNICIPALITIES.
I have done many highway projects ranging from 5m to 50m. Private projects from 100k to 45m. And Municipal projects from 20k to 20m. These projects included but not limited to heavy earth moving, water and sewer installation, fine grading, curb and gutter, paving, milling and resurfacing, grassing and project closeout. Some of the projects included bridge installations and rehabilitation projects.
On these projects I was in charge of all aspects of the project including hiring employees, setting up schedules, scheduling subcontractors, ordering materials, enacting RFI’s, and being the representative for the company with the owners of the projects, Negotiating change orders and scope of work for additional work.
