Supported the design, operation and management of the firm’s production and disaster recovery facilities, as well
as 90+ labs and externally managed hosting facilities
Collaborated with clients to optimize systems management, network operations, environmental monitoring and
critical infrastructure reliability within production facilities
Led teams of 5-16 employees for infrastructure relocation efforts including exchange, VMs, SAN, security,
networking, and telecom equipment; initiated cross team collaboration to complete the relocation efforts with
minimal downtime and reduced cost
Managed KVM integration for 90+ environments to allow 24/7 remote access to systems and reduce response

Executed the transaction of due diligence to streamline the sale of 1940 & 2000 Duke Street, which sold at a
record price of $588.06 per square foot, the highest recorded in northern Virginia until 2007
Contributed to the sale of the Loudoun County Portfolio, a three building 337,227 square foot facility by
controlling web based marketing and coordinating the transaction of due diligence between Boston Properties and
Prudential Real Estate Investors
Major Accomplishments:
