Responsibilities—oversee the total building operation of this 300,000 square foot, 1500 student law school. Supervised engineers, maintenance, security, porters and mailroom staff. Controlled multi-million dollar facilities maintenance budget-capital and operating up to 6 million dollars at the most recent affiliation performing extensive cost analysis.

Efficiently selecting, negotiating and purchasing supplies, tools, equipment, materials and services dealing with a wide range of vendors – soliciting bids for proposed work – obtaining the best quality at the least cost.

Developing, implementing and managing standard operating procedures and work assignments as well as ongoing corrective and cosmetic maintenance of facilities and grounds.

Manage every facet of special events sets-ups and take-downs including after hour events.

Communicating well with all internal and external facility clientele – maintaining excellent
