Designed some of 1st MPEG2/ATM video head-ends in country using General Instruments, Divicom, FORE Systems, and Scientific Atlanta equipment.

Played major role as key designer of bandwidth allocation and CPE design to compete with cable boxes; performed extensive due diligence on Video On-Demand feasibility and network integration.
