Project consisted of 1 subterranean level, 7 levels of parking and 19 residential levels with a helipad.
Project includes a state-of-the-art BMA System as well as a central plant facility located on the roof-top.
Units consist of high end finishes and appliances.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for numerous pre-construction activities prior to commencement of construction.
Negotiated, prepared and administered Subcontracts, Purchase Orders and Change Orders.
Preparation of monthly draws and budget forecasts.
Obtained and handled all permits and related issues with the City so as not to delay the Project Schedule.
Responsible for compliance with the City’s MBE/WBE participation program and City imposed mitigation measures.
Handled the review and approval of all Subcontractor Payment Applications and Change Orders requests.
MEP/FP Coordinator & chaired weekly coordination meetings to identify & resolve conflicts prior to installation.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Resolved & avoided several major delays in the concrete pour schedule due to unresolved permit issues.
Prepared Electrical and Plumbing claims, which were later settled in favor of Hanover due to level of detail.
Scheduled MEP/FP start-up and commissioning activities in such a manner to allow for an accelerated pre-testing and City testing schedule of the Fire/Life Safety System.

PROJECT SCOPE
New construction of 16 Light Rail Stations consisting of structural steel and decorative overhead glass.
Stations required new electrical, sheet metal gutters, piping, extensive waterproofing and concrete topping slabs.
Finish-out required painting, concrete pavers, signage, artwork, tile work and station specific ornamental railings.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for the proper and timely construction of Light Rail Stations and 2 system buildings.
Headed a Quality Control staff to recognize, assess, and resolve all quality control issues.
Verified Subcontractor “means and methods” for conformance with the project specifications.
Worked closely with METRO Project Management Team to avoid delays and negative impacts to the project.

Created a Quality Control Manual for the project with guidelines for Quality Control Procedures.

PROJECT SCOPE
New construction of an 18,000 seat sports arena.
Project was comprised of a concrete frame, structural steel roof and one subterranean level.
A new underground concrete tunnel driveway entrance was constructed under a new expansive outdoor plaza area.
Additionally, Project included club suites and lounges with high end millwork finishes and appliances.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Headed all pricing exercises for Owner-Issued changes and/or modifications to the Project scope.
Tracked and resolved all subcontractor cost issues outside of contract scope.
Worked alongside upper management to expedite cost issues to finalize GMP.
Verified change orders for completeness & accuracy before submission to owner for final approval.
Held weekly meetings with Owner and Subcontractors to review and resolve costs issues and changes.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Created an efficient system to manage and maintain changes orders by eliminating inefficient distribution methods.

PROJECT SCOPE
Project involved expansion of more than 800,000sqft of new convention space and meeting rooms.
Phase IB involved the addition of a suspended two-story glass and structural steel pedestrian bridge.
This phase also included an extension of the famous River Walk underneath the lobby bridge.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Executed project punch-list for quick resolution of all punch list items.
Estimated and verified change order cost proposals from Subcontractors.
Maintained P3 project schedule.
Responsible for organization of all closeout documentation for project turnover.
Handled and maintained project documentation (RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders & Reporting).
ACCOMPLISHMENTS

PROJECT SCOPE
Project involved the underground installation of 6 escalators, 2 inclinators, 2 hydraulic elevators and Street Level Station Entrance Building enclosed in an architectural storefront glazing system.
Station required installation of new Fire Life Safety, HVAC and Electrical systems.
Finish-out included extensive tile work, concrete topping slabs, ceiling panels, signage panels and artwork.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Tracked and resolved Subcontractor deficiencies as a Quality Control Representative.
Coordinated Subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate the project schedule.
Full responsibility for nightly progress of the project.
Reviewed monthly Subcontractor pay requests for accuracy.
