- In this role, I was responsible for staffing a current clients with a caregiver to complete the needed shift. I partcipate in a monthly oncall rotation. I also go in to the community to meet with clients and caregivers. I complete any needed work in the office environment. - Our program at the PHP was closed down in May due to the insurance company no longer wanting to fund the service. We were transferred to another program and incorporated in to that staff.
