Objective The objective of the project was to develop competency models for jobs and roles which can be incorporated into the performance management system to ensure that the employees would receive coaching and feedback on the behaviors and skills that have strong correlation with the success of the job. The skill Matrix and Competency Maps were successfully developed and are analyzed for all the terms of VSPL. The project was carried out in a good manner and has met the expectations of the organization satisfactorily though has quite some scopes for improvement.

Procedure Application of Psychometric instruments like Driscoll Brain Drive Mapping, Emotional Intelligence mapping.

Attitude measurement by Direct Measurement (Likert Scale and Semantic Differential).
