Business Analyst, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Portsmouth, NH July 2009 – Oct 2010

Liberty Mutual has Claims Workbench that generates claims for Auto and Property Policies. Claims are registered and policy coverage’s are added to the claim which undergoes different stages of creating the Occurrence Report, Investigation and Financials. The Policies are further classified and run on Canada and US provinces. Each month a new build is released which is tested by running the suite and performing changes as per the business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Determined user/business/functional requirements. Created vision, scope, and use case documents; business process models, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and state chart diagrams

• Created test environment and test setup for each new build of Claims Workbench

• Analyzed and updated old test scripts in Win Runner as per the business requirements

Online Bill Pay gives Washington Mutual customers Internet Access to view and pay bill online. Washington Mutual customers will sign up for Bill Pay via Online Banking enrollment through Customer Information View. Existing service customers can also modify their Bill Pay funding accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Developed prototype of new information processing application. Helped collect functional requirements and prepared business requirement documents using Rational Requisite Pro
