Analyze blueprints, project documents and specifications to prepare accurate and efficient materials and labor estimates on all project stages and project related works.

Prepares Budget Proposal Estimates (BP) in liaison with controlling teams; Authorization for Expenditure Estimates (AFE) according to established scope of work, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

Prepares Tender Check Estimates (TCE) for contracts and bill of materials which includes quantities, drawings, and technical specifications.

Assist Engineering Teams in evaluating bids received against the tender for contracts and materials ensuring avoidance of cost front loading by contractors.

Performs and validates Change/Adjustment Orders (AO) and contractor’s claims.

Receives monthly capital summaries and advises Budget and Cost Team on misallocation of expenditure to job numbers.

Coordinates with design and construction teams for effective projects handling and engineering procedures. Advises supervisors and engineers when project is likely to be over or under expenditure.

Compiles, summarizes, updates and maintains estimating/cost database and ensures the accuracy of data maintained in the section.

Receives progress reports and provide sound inputs and recommendations.

Assess cost effectiveness of products or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as project develops.

Prepares, compiles, all engineering documentation and specifications. Performs detailed calculations to compute and establish construction and installation standards and specifications.

Acts as Lead Estimator on various projects and assists other groups from time to time.

Performs overall electrical cost estimates including low voltage systems (Data, Public Address, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Detection, CCTV, etc)

Analyze blueprints, project documents and specifications to prepare efficient materials and labor estimates on all project stages and project related works.

Monitors sub-contractors progress reports. Coordinates to general and subcontractors and suppliers from time to time

Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops

Prepares, compiles, all engineering documentation and specification, submittals, change orders, and certified payroll report for public work jobs.

Involves in contracts and sub contracts proposals; verifies and explain project details to the president.

Directs and coordinates construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.

Contributes huge savings to the company for creating simple, yet highly efficient estimating database acquiring more than ten (10) profitable public work jobs.

Savings of at least 10% of total material cost per each project through proper evaluation of vendors and suppliers.

Prepares all electrical bids and project documents including low voltage systems (Data, Public Address, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Detection, CCTV, etc).

Analyzes blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

Monitors sub-contractors on progress reports; coordinates with general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

Compiles, checks and verifies specifications, submittals, request for clarifications, change orders, etc.

Purchases highest quality materials at the lowest possible price and in correct amounts.

Prepares purchase orders, solicit bid proposals and review requisitions for materials and services.

Research and evaluates suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history.

Evaluates vendors and suppliers from time to time; obtain at least three quotations for presentation and final evaluation.

Preparation of Method statement for carrying out works

Preparation MEP related technical documents & submission.

Follow up with all new customers and contractors for all enquiries.
