Previously (from 5/98 to 11/00) the backend of the online shopping platform had only existed on the VAX using S1032, VMS, PASCAL, MVS and FORTRAN. I was involved in converting the backend database from the VAX (S1032) to an NT Server (Oracle).

• Worked with Operations on a daily basis to coordinate processing flow changes, program and file enhancements, and backup and restore procedures.

• During my tenure at Bank One, I focused on the mainframe, and COBOL Programming on an IBM using JCL and EZtrieve.

I was in charge of purchasing, installing, and configuring hardware and software for all systems. Installed, initialized, loaded and maintained 2 OS/2 Servers (1 used for file and mail storage only).

• Analyst: I did some project management on multiple platforms. I designed, coded, and implemented the projects. One such project entailed the transferring of data from one office system to another at a different location. I also worked closely with Operations on a daily basis to coordinate processing flow changes, program and file enhancements, and backup and restore procedures.
