Duties:

- Setting up and running mills of 3 axis and 4 axis, vertical and horizontal (Mori Seiki and OKK).These machines use Fanuc controls.

- Making the first article by following blueprints indications.

- Checking out all dimensions of the first article with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, depth gages, and scales before taking it to inspection department for approval and getting it ready for production.

- Downloading program to be used.

- Edit program to make necessaries changes as much in the procedure of operations as in speeds, feeds.

- Select the proper tools according the material used and type of part to be run.
