Joined Nazareth Bible College in March 1997 as Lecturer, responsible for teaching up of the student. Then from August 1997 graded up as Registrar. Nazareth Bible College is subsequently amalgamated with Southern Asia Bible College (SABC), Bangalore and with Buntain Theological College, Kolkata.

Job responsibilities includes: -

• In-charge of Admission and collecting of monthly tuition fees.

• Supervision of all related to administration.

• Setting of targets for the staff and students affairs.

• Training of subordinate staff members to the system.

• Attending to audit queries of the Board.
