• Extensive experience in administration of very large infrastructure of TIBCO products and applications using TIBCO ActiveMatrix Product Suite, TIBCO BusinessConnect, TIBCO MFT, TIBCO CIM, BE,EMS, RVRD, TIBCO iProcess Product Suite and TIBBR.

• Experience in providing architecture, design and development of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) based applications.

• Experience in other middleware solutions such as SAP Process Integrations and WebMethods.

• Very Good inter personnel communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of development process.

• Experience in managing small to medium size team of TIBCO developers.

• Multiple middleware technology certifications from TIBCO, SAP and Software AG.
