June 2009 - December 2010

As the battalion S4 NCOIC, my responsibilities and duties were to coordinates supply, initiates and prepare requisition and commitment for services and various classes of supplies. Provided routine technical advice and guidance to subordinate units and staff on preparation and processing of acquisition packages. Responsible for preparing acquisition packages which includes researching market surveys, quotes, independent government cost estimates, brand name justifications, sole source justifications, for recurring requirements such as service agreements, extended warranties, and leases. Managed a fleet of 15 GSA vehicles in the amount of $475k. This includes reviewing accident reports and accident reporting procedures for compliance with GSA, and U.S. Army Vehicle Management Procedures and scheduling preventive maintenance for all motor vehicles/electric cars as required by GSA or owners manual, transportation, equipment procurement and maintenance requirements with other related areas such as resource management, operations, and information technology at the battalion level.

-Managed the daily operations of the battalion supply activities in support of 1300 active and reserve component Soldiers.

- Assist in the management of an $787k battalion yearly budget.

- Maintains and manage all hand receipt, request and turn in of supplies and equipment in

excess $1.2million.

-Ensured 100K dollars worth of excess equipment within the battalion was identified and properly turned in,

-Implemented a S4operation within the battalion.

-Initiated and establish the clearance and turn in of various facilities for BRAC.

Unit Supply Sergeant- Army, Seoul, Korea, Democratic People's Republic of Korea

September 2008 - June 2009

Served as the NCOIC and Supply Sergeant of the United Nation Command Honor Guard Company’s Supply Room; responsible for the daily operations of the unit’s supply activities in support of 106 U.S. Soldiers, 52 Republic of Korea Soldiers and nine foreign Soldiers from Thailand and the Philippines; provided various classes of supplies to support the unit mission; conduct inventories, requests, receipts and turn-ins of supplies and equipment; maintains and manage all property accountability transaction for the company with the PBUSE system in excess of $2.3 million; ensured that the UNCHG complies with the Army’s Command Discipline Program: responsible or the health, welfare, and training of two Noncommissioned officer and two office clerks.

––Received a commendable rating for supply operations during the command inspection and recognized by the Battalion

Commander, Ensured $50,000 worth of shortages were properly ordered that directly affected the unit ability to perform wartime missions.

Unit Supply Sergeant- 3rd 345th Training Support Battalion- United states Army Reserves

Served as the Battalion Supply Sergeant in support of a 300 Solider organization.

Responsible for initiating and preparing requisitions and commitment for services and various classes of supplies. Provided routine technical advice and guidance to all Sections and staff on preparation and processing of acquisition packages. As a Supply Sgt in the 427th Med Log Battalion. My responsibility was to account for all property belonging to the commander of the Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment. I was also responsible for requisitioning supplies, clothing and equipment in support of the unit mission. Monitored all incoming and outgoing shipment of medical, and all other supplies, within the unit. Ensured that acquisition package which includes researching market surveys, quotes, independent government cost estimates, brand name justifications, sole source justifications, for recurring requirements such as service agreements, extended warranties.

-Received Certificate of Achievement for outstanding support during major field exercises.

-Recovered $10K over expenders by turn-in of non-priority supplies to re-establish the unit budget.

July 1982-July1992

As a supply Logistic Noncommissioned Officer with the U.S. Army, I have achieved and experience various level of supply Operations within the US Army i.e (Unit level, battalion brigade and division level).My position includes requisitions transaction in all classes of supplies, documenting incoming and outgoing of supplies and equipment by posting all transaction to required document. Maintained and monitored the appropriate storage and accountability procedures for supplies and equipment received. Operated as Unit Fleet manager for GSA vehicle, which includes monitoring the maintenance and dispatching of GSA vehicles. Reported a monthly account of mileage and fuel the GSA Fleet Manager.
